1.技術參數(shù)

2.運行操作

(1)配好混凝劑，并加入投藥裝置，啟動空壓機將壓縮空氣輸入溶氣。

(2)等到壓力溶氣罐的壓力達到2—3kg/cm2時，啟動配有電動的單相電水泵，然后緩慢打開閥門，將清水輸入溶氣罐進行溶氣，但要注意液面計。

(3)等到溶氣罐液面計水位達到三分之一后，打開釋放閥門將溶氣水輸入反應池。

(4)調節(jié)水泵閥門，使得水位保持在1/3—1/2處；調節(jié)氣浮池排水閥門，使得水位保持在排渣口，然后開始正常運行。

3.注意事項

(1)在使用前，應對電器設備進行徹底檢查，檢查是否正常。

(2)要隨時注意壓力溶氣罐的壓力，不能超過4kgcm2。

(3)單相電水泵不能斷水，更不能空載運行，以免損壞單相電水泵。

(4)要保持釋放器的清潔，如果釋放器被堵塞，則會影響氣浮效果。

(5)不能用濕手接觸帶點開關、插座等，如果需要檢查，應由電工進行。

4.維護保養(yǎng)

(1)設備運轉應按有關工藝操作規(guī)程進行運行，嚴禁違規(guī)操作。

(2)要愛護設備儀器，凡有腐蝕性的化工原料，應避免與電器、金屬相接觸，以免被腐蝕。

(3)操作運行結束后，應清洗設備儀器，以待再次使用。
